My Journal gives you a dream journal and a personal journal in one place — entirely your own space, not shared with me or anyone else unless you choose to bring something into a session yourself. Since dream memories fade within minutes of waking, being able to jot one down straight away — even in fragments — matters more than getting every detail right. You can flag any entry, a dream or just an everyday thought, as a "lightbulb moment," so it's easy to find again later when you're looking back over what you've written.

Everything you write, and every checklist or worksheet you complete anywhere in the app, is stored only on your own device — never sent anywhere else, and not accessible to me or to anyone else unless you choose to show someone on your phone yourself.

If you're using a shared device — a family tablet, for example — you can save your entries under your own name and password, so your answers stay separate from anyone else using the same device. This isn't sent anywhere either; it simply keeps different people's entries from mixing together on the same screen.

Practice Admin

A comprehensive app for accredited therapists to manage the administrative side of running a practice — clients, sessions, receipts, expenses, CPD logging, and appointments, all in one place.

It's designed to take the friction out of the paperwork that comes with private practice, so more time and energy is left for the actual work.

Training Admin

A version of Practice Admin built specifically for trainees and pre-accredited therapists working towards IACP accreditation. It logs your sessions and appointments, tracks your total hours against IACP requirements, and specifies your supervision requirements — calculating your supervision ratio and keeping track of how you're progressing.

It also carries over features from Practice Admin, including receipts, contracts and policies, and expense tracking. Income tracking is included too, for the pre-accredited stage once you're able to charge for sessions (trainees cannot charge, so this isn't relevant at that earlier stage).

I'm happy to share Inward with my clients, and Practice Admin or Training Admin with my supervisees, or with clients of mine who are themselves trainee, pre-accredited, or accredited therapists. If that's you, get in touch by text, email, or in person.
